Streams in the Desert is an anti-sex trafficking ministry based out of Ulan Bator, Mongolia. We seek to rescue, renew, and restore the lives of these women victimized by sex trafficking. Once rescued, we provide food, a counselor, and vocational training to help them become self sufficient.
We want to break the chains of addictions, alcoholism, and abuse through the power of the Gospel. Through the good news of Jesus Christ, we are teaching these women trades and giving them purpose to create unique pieces of merchandise. This will empower them to make decisions with wisdom and to know they are worthy of a life devoted to Jesus. We give this empowerment through emotional, physical, and spiritual support.
